You can take a picture or scan the form as a pdf and submit it to the school. (Note: Did you know that you can even create a PDF doc right from your iPhone through the iPhone “Notes” app? Open the “Notes” app, click the camera at the bottom, and then choose “Scan Documents”. The picture you take will automatically be turned into a PDF file! This makes the image cleaner, more document like and easier to read.)
